1. Introduction
Welcome to Simple Forum Tags and Utilities, a Discord bot designed to provide a simple and easy-to-use interface for managing forum tags and utilities. By using the bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The bot creator acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of the original authors of these open-source components. You may not use the bot's brand icon without the prior written consent of the bot's creator.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall I, the creator of Simple Forum Tags and Utilities, be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of your use of the bot. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss.
By using the bot, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this limitation of liability, and you release me from any and all liability for any damages or losses that may arise from your use of the bot. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee that the bot will be error-free or uninterrupted, and I do not make any warranties about the accuracy or reliability of the bot's functionality.
By using the bot, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this disclaimer of warranties, and you release me from any and all liability for any damages or losses that may arise from your use of the bot.
7. Hold Harmless
You agree to hold harmless me, the creator of Simple Forum Tags and Utilities, and my affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your use of the bot.
8. Changes to the Terms
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice to you. Your continued use of the bot after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
I may terminate your access to the bot at any time, without notice to you, if I determine that you have breached any of these Terms.
